IMPORTANT - The Platform Studio End User License Agreement “EULA” is a legal agreement between you and First Productions, Inc. Read it carefully before downloading and/or installing Platform Studio. It provides a license to use the software and contains liability disclaimers.

By downloading, installing, and using this product, you are confirming your acceptance of it and agreeing to become bound by the terms of this agreement. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms, do not download, install, or use Platform Studio.

This license is valid for one person or one computer.
You may not distribute this software (Platform Studio) or any parts of this software. If you want to refer people to this software, you may link to the home page of our website (http://soft.firstproductions.com/pstudio).
You may not disassemble, decompile, reverse engineer, or otherwise reduce any parts of this software into an understandable form.
You may not modify this software.
You may not claim ownership of this software.
You may not distribute or sell a compiled game created using this software unless you have purchased the professional edition. Platform Studio Standard Edition may be used for personal use only.
You must do everything in your power to prevent users of your software (compiled with Platform Studio) to distribute any part of Platform Studio.
First Productions, Inc. is not obligated to you in any way.
First Productions, Inc. reserves all rights to choose the speed of development of Platform Studio. First Productions, Inc. has sole claim on the development of Platform Studio and its components.
First Productions, Inc. reserves all rights, including all copyrights to Platform Studio, and all of their copies. First Productions, Inc. reserves all rights not specifically granted in this license, including Federal and International Copyrights.
First Productions, Inc. disclaims ownership of all third-party content on Platform Studio’s website, and will not be held responsible for any damage resulting in the use or access of this content.
Neither First Productions, Inc. nor its developers will be liable or responsible for any damages you, your business, or any third party may suffer, including, but not limited to the use or inability to use Platform Studio. First Productions, Inc. makes no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied, for our products, and disclaims any warranty or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. First Productions, Inc. reserves the right to amend or update these policies without notice. Failure to follow any terms and conditions will result in license termination.
In the event that you fail to comply with this End User License Agreement, your license will be terminated and you must destroy all copies of all parts of Platform Studio that are installed on your machine(s).
