 Post subject: Purchased the pro version and cant download

I have purchased the pro version of platform studio and I am unable to download it .when I go to the website refered to in the payment received email,a log in box appears . I have used the user name and password supplied (typed very carefully to make NO mistakes ) and I get the error message that I have entered the wrong credentials or my browser doesnt know how to send the information. I have tried to do this with IE8 , Firefox and Google chrome with the same results for each .can anyone help ?

Its the same with me; the link to download just won't work. Can anybody help me.
